Dealu Monastery

Dealu Monastery, located near the city of Târgovişte, was built in the 15th century by Radu the Great. Dealu Monastery remarkable architecture reflects, both structurally and artistically, the creative contribution brought by native artists promoting Romanian architecture. This is a monastery for nuns, dedicated to St. Nicholas.
